Amber Fire Rudbeckia
Rudbeckia spp. Biennial. Amber Fire has a natural colour variation with all petals having a mixture of dark burgundy and dark/light orange, all the colours of fall! Allow plants to drop seed for continuous blooms season to season. 6" blooms are situated on 22" tall plants. Easy to grow and look fabulous planted in drifts with ornamental grasses along borders, or in large containers. A long lasting cutflower, low maintenance and pest-free. Zone 4-8. Approx. 20 seeds/pkg.

Growing Information
Planting:
Long-lived and dependable. Zones 4-8. Start seed 10-12 weeks before last frost date. Press seed onto surface of potting mix; do not cover with soil. Germinate at an optimum temperature of 18-21 degrees C. It is beneficial, although not necessary, to pre-chill seed for 2-3 weeks prior to seeding. When a manageable size, plant into a sunny garden 18 inches apart.
Growing:
Clumps may be divided after 3-4 years in spring. Blooms July to October.
