Osteospermum ecklonis. Large flowers in shades of lavender, white and purple mound over this exceptionally uniform plant. Blooms summer to fall with drought and frost tolerance. Grows 20’’ and covers an area with great performance. Prefers full sun but can tolerate part shade. Approx. 10 seeds/pkg.

Planting:
Also known as African daisy. Should be started inside 6-8 weeks before last frost. Lightly cover seeds, provide light and germinate at 65-70°. Seed should sprout within 10-15 days Transplant outside after last frost date, although Osteospermum is somewhat cold tolerant. Plant 10 inches apart in a full sun location
Growing:
Well-drained soil is required. If you have heavy clay soil, plants will perform well in pots of soilless mix. Generally pest free and drought tolerant. Grows 18-20 inches high.
